The problem we are working on.
Voice, knowledge, memory and hardware are often integrated as separate components. Our thesis is that useful social interaction needs these components to share context, policies and timing.
What exists today.
Hidoba Research has developed Captcha as a physical research platform. Independent media coverage documents classroom demonstrations. IronHeart Studio demonstrates a proposed builder workflow with editable modules, simulated testing and versioned configurations.

What the demonstration does not prove.
Studio is not a production API, a connected fleet-management system or a payment service. We do not present demo counters as customers, revenue or performance measurements. Concept films and illustrations are labelled; field media is linked to its source.
Where we intend to invest.
Our priorities are a shared runtime execution layer, tested memory and knowledge boundaries, hardware-specific adapters and an observable integration workflow. The longer-term research ambition is a foundation model for social interaction.
A business model to validate.
Proposed commercial paths include usage-based Cloud API access, hardware-scoped Edge & Offline licenses, and Private Cloud agreements. Pricing, delivery obligations and support are confirmed through a written agreement; there is no checkout in the demonstration.
